Refund policy

Changed your mind? If you aren't happy with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price!

If you’ve received a product that isn't up to our standards, let us know! We'll do what we can to make sure you have the of your dreams.

To return a product:

Email info@fluffnest.com with your order number to initiate a return.
We will email you instructions for returning your product.
Ship your unused product in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.
Please Note:

Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or mis-picked items. Email info@fluffnest.com with your order number to arrange these returns.
Sale items may not be eligible for return or a replacement item.
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If the product is damaged/defective, we will send return labels and you are not responsible for the shipping costs.
You can only initiate a return after an order has been marked as shipped.
The refund will be for the full value of the returned items, unless otherwise noted.
Credit/funds for returned items will be applied to the payment method that was used to make the purchase. Returns will be applied to the purchasing card within 5 to 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by the Lovbears.

Cancellations:

Orders start processing after one hour, so we don't allow customers to cancel or edit their order after that time. To cancel your order during that window, visit your order status page and click the cancel button under the "order actions" box.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged Items

If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email support@lovbears.com with your order number immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the L
ovbears, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
